TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Open account will be extended only to those with good credit rating. All invoices are net 30 days. If credit has not been established with us, please authorize payment by credit card, or ups c.o.d. shipment.
All CA. customers are required to furnish us with a current sales tax exemption card. If such certificate is not in our possession, we are legally bound to charge the applicable sales tax.
No merchandise will be shipped to customers who have unpaid invoices older than 60 days from the invoice date. A late charge of 1 ½ percent monthly will be added to all past due accounts.
All prices are FOB Foothill Ranch, California. Only domestic packaging is included. Special packaging or crating is not included in the prices.
All products carry a one-year material and workmanship guarantee. Ask for our detailed guarantee information.
Precision Installation Products, Inc. expressly disclaims and liability for consequential damages resulting from the failure of its products to perform as specified.
Return of any goods within the warranty period must be authorized by Precision Installation Products, Inc. , and have an RGA number. Buyer pays all freight charges for returned goods.
Returned goods must be properly packaged before shipment to allow a complete warranty inspection. A restocking charge of 30 percent can be added on all goods returned for reasons other than defective merchandise.
Freight claims must be made directly to the carrier. Precision Installation Products Inc. will offer as much assistance as possible.
Claims for error in quantity or condition must be made within 10 days after receipt of the material. Precision Installation Products Inc. will not be held responsible for any claimed shortages not reported within the period.
